2. Only say the prospects first name
3. Ask for the prospect casually
4. If asked “what is this regarding”
– say something that makes no sense at all, they will think its over their head and transfer you
– say well it isnt that important I could probably just shoot them an email, let me see, hmmm I dont have it, do you have it?
– If they are really tuff, call back and try to go in through sales, they arent trained to screen calls
